From the moment I stepped into M&M I felt really calm and just generally looked after. I had a skin consultation with Sam, who was warm, welcoming and friendly from start to finish, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable! She spent a lot of time at the beginning finding out more about me, my habits and body and what I wanted to get out of the appointment. She recommended products but didn't make me feel pressured to buy them at all, and I walked away with some useful, easy to implement actions which I could do to help improve my skin. Will definitely be returning for a proper treatment. Couldn't recommend M&M enough.
Body Treatments
So great - Pam and Emma were reallt lovely and salon was clean and ambient. Consultation with Pam was v informative, clear and she didn’t try tonpush particular products, rather advised on lifestyle changes and product recommendations. It felt very scientific and I trusted her a lot.. LED facial was relaxing , too early yet to see results ! Will definitely go back and would recommend.
