I look forward to my facial with Pamela for weeks before I actually go. The facials are amazing - my skin has improved ten fold - and I know Pamela will only recommend something that I really need (and has often suggested I keep using many things I already use). These facials are a long term investment, but well worth it.

Pam was lovely and put me at ease immediately. I’ve had so much conflicting advice about my problematic face and it was great to have some professional, trusted judgements on what is happening with my skin. After a really thorough consultation I had an amazing facial, with Pam telling me exactly what she was doing throughout.
I was recommended some products but also given advice on what I already have and what to keep using - there’s no hard sell here for the products in the shop.
Pam keeps in contact and urges you to contact her with the smallest of questions about routine, new products etc. I’ve only had a consultation and one facial but feel like I’m in the safest of hands at Mortar & Milk.
