Had the absolute pleasure of having a consultation and facial with Pam on Friday last. She was everything you could wish for in a therapist and more - knowledgeable, non-judgemental, thorough, reassuring and very straight talking about would work for my skin and where I should invest time, money and effort (and more importantly, where I should not !) Being a complete skincare addict, the relief of being assured of the efficacy and benefit, of a slimmed down, targeted approach is such a relief.
