Staff attitude frosty. Appointment was booked, I was asked what I'd come for and answered but my reply wasn't listened to and was asked again several.times!

Varnish was so thin I had to ask for 3 coats. Not brilliantly applied and v quickly - each coat layered on with no drying time inbetween so looks thick and clumsy, can see marks around coats. Have been before and been happy so shame as won’t return.

I won’t be going back, not a very enjoyable experience. Despite booking I had to wait 20 minutes after the start of my appointment with no acknowledgment or apology for them being late. I was asked if I wanted shellac, I said no but they gave me shellac anyway and then charged me more (I had prepaid) for having something I didn’t want. I don’t have manicures usually so didn’t notice the mistake.
