Very bad quality. Nails polished unevenly and left sharply (had to fix them at home). Gel laid poorly showing lighter spots and with bumpy surface. Will never go back again.

I paid for a Luxury Manicure and at best, received a Basic Polish. The application was good, but I got nothing else. It was supposed to last 45 minutes and instead took around 20 minutes. Luckily I'd been to my usual nail bar the week before, and my nails looked ok when I left, as otherwise I'd have been pretty miffed. But given I paid £23 online for the top option when I could've gone in and paid £15 cash afterwards, I did hope for something a bit better.
