Usually have a very good experience, but not this time. My pedicure was rushed. Dry skin was not removed properly, and my heels were still cracked and dry afterwards. Also, no foot massage, just a bit of moisturiser hurriedly slapped on. Same with manicure - really rushed, no hand massage. Disappointed

Gel mani hasn’t lasted. Wouldn’t expect it to have chipped already. They did my cuticles before I remembered I booked a polish only and then was charged extra, and they only take cash.
