The quality of the manicure (painting) was very poor so I asked the manicurist to redo them. She begrudgingly obliged and when she asked me about the quality of the first nail she painted I said it was fine but could she make sure she took a bit more time this time round. At this she refused to finish the job, insisted on giving me my money back and told me not to bring my baby next time which I thought was incredibly inappropriate. My friend had a pedicure and a shellac manicure which were fine.
