I got acrylics done and they were really quick which was good although that did mean my nails weren't filed completely straight and it was painted decently but not perfectly. However, for the amount it cost, they did a good job. The person serving me also offered me a drink at the start although once it started getting busy I noticed their customer service drop drastically. (e.g. people who made appointments were waiting for 30mins, once my acrylics were done and painted I was left to have it dried and she didnt check on me until I asked her if I was done now, etc.)
I'd say it really is value for money and I love my acrylics but make an appointment and ensure you have enough time should they be crowded and you'd have to wait
