The hairdresser did not follow my requested style or the photo examples I brought with me. I am absolutely mortified by my haircut and have already spoken to another salon to sort out the mess. They confirmed that not only was the style absurd but that it was a poor and uneven cut.
I have waited a few days to ensure this is not a reactionary review - I will not be returning to this salon.
