Haircut was fantastic - lots of care, detail, and Naoko was super lovely. Only minor issue was it was advertised with a head massage, while I did not really explicitly receive one aside from some shampoo scrubbing, but otherwise everything was great!

Mosaique is in a quiet residential area tucked away from Tower Bridge/Aldgate - it felt quite relaxing to be there. The interior is very clean and minimal.
Ryoko was very good at consulting me on what I wanted to have done. I was very pleased with my haircut and the head and shoulder massage was wonderful too.
