This was my first Brazilian and the therapist was very welcoming and understanding with encouraging discourse. She explained what the procedure would be and guided me through the process. She had a wealth of experience which resulted in minimizing any pain. The wax was less painful than I expected and I'm grateful for the professional approach. I would definitely recommend any first timers to this therapist.
