At 35 weeks pregnant in the middle of a heat wave my feet resembled elephant legs....but MI were great and tailored the treatment to me which allowed me to walk out of the salon (rather than the hobble I'd done on the way in). My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what she was doing and why - I felt I was in safe hands.
