Had a great facial. Loved that I was given a towel to keep me warm throughout. Advice given. Checked that I was okay with pressure, heat etc. Planning to return again.

Opened the window because they’re re-decorating and it smelt of paint in the session so smelt and was cold.
Filled out the form at the end of the massage for massage pressure etc because the session was pushed back on their end.
Had nice oils out on show but then use a self branded oil that feels like moisturiser.
The towel to cover myself was stiff The music playing had a jingle in the middle of the session which shows it’s a free account and not paid for
All in all won’t be back
