Really good sports massage! My masseuse made sure she understood what I wanted before hand and ensured she was aware of any injuries/ areas I wanted to work on or avoid. The massage was really thorough and definitely good value. My masseuse made sure the pressure was okay throughout which was really reassuring. I’m definitely going to go back, it was a great massage!

Went for Deep tissue massage asking for extra attention to my left shoulder with limited mobility. left feeling lighter with more range in movement. definitely need to make a habit to go more often and take care of myself.
