While everyone was very smiley, no one introduced themselves and there was barely any conversation. I didn’t know who was going to be my therapist until someone actually touched me. I kept getting frustrated during the deep tissue massage as some spots were missed. Also during the head massage the therapist breath kept breezing on my face and that is unpleasant. What was done on one side wasn’t always mirrored on the other. Lower back and hips weren’t done. It was a one hour massage. Maybe ran out of time. While I asked for firm, she did manage to really get into that spot between neck and shoulders which was great, but some spots I didn’t feel any manipulation of the muscle. Feet didn’t really get done. I wasn’t there for a relaxing massage. I’m basically Bill Murray in Little Shop of Horrors when he goes to the dentist... I chose to go with this more expensive venue but really should have tried somewhere else. I guess you could say I was disappointed. I’m sure other treatments are great for some...
