Do you hate going to the gym standing next the perfect looking person in full make up while you look red faced and sweaty?

Motiv8 Me is the answer! Everyone is welcome here. Mothers are welcome to bring their children, but be warned - everyone leaves red faced and sweaty! Our vibration training classes are available every half an hour of the day, and we have classes for all levels. Run by personal trainers, we take exercise seriously so you don't have to. We believe exercise should be fun, so come join us for one of our classes.
