A memerable experience. Visited with a group of friends and fantastic areas to catch up and relax within the spa. Be aware however that the tables in the dining area are for two so we had to sit at the coffee table in reception in order to eat together.
I was very disappointed with my visit. I had arranged this for a treat for myself & my mum and both of us were very let down.
The lady who showed us around was very dismissive and didn’t explain where anything was or how the day was planned for us both. We were like two lost souls wondering around in our robes!
When it was time for the treatments, I got undressed and lay on the bed ready for my treatments, five minutes later the lady came in to tell me I was no longer in that room and for me to get dressed and I was now in with a male ti give me my treatments! I wasn’t once asked if this was ok. He did an amazing massage I have no faults against him I just think things were not explained throughly.
With somewhere with such a good reputation I thought that my visit would have been much more enjoyable than it was.

Water and drinks spent most of my time looking for some one.
Cannot fault the price for a spa day with treatment and lunch. I would maybe say they had over booked on the day as it was a little busy. Didnt feel cramped in spa areas but lunch was a little busy. Service was a little off, not many staff to take drinks orders or clear down from lunch. Would recommend a day spa here though especially at £67.50.
