A great value spa day, lots of facilities and not overly busy which was pleasant. However, the lack of any chilled water machines/coolers was noticeable compared to other spas, especially on a hot day! Also, they need to look at the running of the ‘cafe’ in the day. There is no one manning it, drinks are expensive for the half a cup measure that eventually arrives and there are no food/snacks available, which is missing when you are there for a full day.
Amazing day in the sunshine with friends, bubbles. I’ve recommended Mottram to friends and already booked to come back twice :)
Lovely day and great value for money. Facilities clean and as I would expect with lovely products in the changing rooms. Great staff. Only issue was it’s a child friendly zone and did get quite noisy inside! Outside is adults only but due to the weather we weren’t able to take much advantage of this.
We visit Mottram on a regular basis for spa days. This time the cleanliness and tidyness in the spa and surrounding facilities was very poor. Prosecco bottles in the outdoor area near the pool with half empty glasses strewn over the place. White slippers left round the outdoor thermospace. Which had been left over night as were wet and dirty.Smelly toilet area and broken hairdryers. Not the usual experience
