Visited for friends 50th . Unfortunately was told the evening before a lot of the facilities were not working. However we were given a voucher to use the spa again on another day. Staff friendly and helpful
We really enjoyed our couples spa day, lovely massage and facial, really relaxing day. Going to book for my son and his girlfriend, they will love it.
Lovey surroundings and will return, good faculties, friendly staff etc, but for a 5 bubble spa I expected luxury without any interruptions, light spa music throughout, no maintence issues (the “sauna thermospace” outdoors didn’t really heat up), tiles around the pool needed abit of upgrading as looked abit diy, plus small children were present which for a 4 bubble spa I didn’t expect (was escaping mine lol), towels left on outdoor seats even though people had left so staff should of cleared these periodically, however this being said I stayed a few hours and would try again to see if it was just a one off...I only paid £25 for the day facilities so can’t complain!good value
Lovely visit! Just a shame it was raining and all the beds by the pool were taken up, staff were great
