We visited Mottram Hall for a birthday treat for my friend. We both agreed the spa facilities were excellent. We were extremely lucky that the sun was shining so made good use of the outdoor sun beds and hot tub. We had a relaxing back massage which included a face and scalp massage, mine by the lovely Gemma. The day also included a nice light lunch and glass of prosecco. We had such a nice day that we have started to look for overnight deals. Looking forward to our next visit.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Treatments were good, with four of us going we usually find the treatments vary between therapists at other spas,but we all got the same experience which is great. The only negatives are the indoor jacuzzi being out of order, it was rather busy so it meant a wait if you wanted to use the outdoor jacuzzi. People were holding loungers with towels so it was hard to find a sit down area. Floors in treatment rooms were a bit dirty. Light lunch was exactly that, only a small selection and when things ran out the manager seemed frustrated at replacing certain items. It was missing the option for a tea or coffee for alongside it. I read the reviews so knew what to expect but would have been frustrated otherwise as there is no indication what the light lunch may entail when booking. I’d definitely recommend
Fabulous day! It was my daughters 21st birthday and we loved every minute. All the staff at Mottram Hall were wonderful from spa reception, spa cafe and therapists.we shall definitely return!
I went with a friend at 35 weeks pregnant. The staff were lovely and tailored a pregnancy massage for me. One of the best spas I have visited!
Lovely visit with my daughter fabulous spa treatment back massage and body scrub followed by a lovely lunch then back to the spa for more relaxing
