In general it was a great day but could have been so much better if staff were available to serve the odd drink here and there, it was pretty impossible to find anyone to serve a coffee. When we first arrived it was also very busy and not easy to find a bed. Facilities were good though.
I loved the low lighting in the Spa. The beds were very comfy. The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely but jacuzzi could of been hotter.
Booked this as a birthday treat. Staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed
Excellent all round experience and definitely value for money. So often I'm disappointed by spa days where I feel rushed and not relaxed but here was great! Awesome light lunch, prosecco, brilliant treatment, relaxation and much more. Definitely going to book again.
