We had a lovely afternoon the lunch was delicious and the staff were very efficient. Our treatments were excellent and the facilities are great. We visited on a wednesday it was fairly quiet in the spa. Would definitely return
Really disappointing - no record of my appointment, and couldn’t fit me in until much later which I was unable to stay for. Whilst they did offer a complimentary treatment I don’t have confidence that that would happen since their system may not have a record of that either.
It did seem like a lovely spa, but I would definitely recommend calling up to confirm your appointment, especially if you have to travel any distance.

Spa day with Afternoon tea was ok but massage options limited to what was in the website. Treatment didn't last the 50mins..only 40 mins with a technical problem for the music so kept skipping. Dietary requirements and glass of fizz which was emailed ahead of arriving was not adhered to, they forgot the fizz and no almond milk available for the afternoon tea. Overall, not the greatest of experiences for the price paid.
