It has changed slightly, first time we had lunch included which was provided in the restaurant with a menu/ you are now provided an open serve light lunch in the spa, food was lovely however service was poor and disjointed. We over heard the staff sigh when drinks where ordered as they had to attend that main bar for them and it took until we where ready to leave for our complementary champagne to be offered.
Both the sauna’s where out of order due to weather conditions we where told, however we had a lovely clear day all though be it a little cold - the main inside sauna advised to use the out door hydro pool however this was closed also.
There was no drink service in the spa and when we asked for drinks from main spa reception they did not surface, when asked at again at 4pm the drinks service had stopped. In comparison to my first year the spa pool area was completely free by 3pm which I feel reflects the service
The treatment I received was excellent and the therapist I could not compliment more I would very much recommend the hot stone massage to anyone

Best hot stone massage I've ever had, and nice facilities. Only down side - neither of the Jacuzzi's were working (and the outdoor one was the main reason I booked it). I probably would've gone somewhere else if I'd known.
A nice spa but there's much better in the north west. The outdoor experiences are fairly new but the outdoor jacuzzi needs to be much warmer for a cold winters day. There are cobwebs in the sauna which is a little off putting. Indoor jacuzzi not working.
The lunch was nice but a bit pricey at £15 for salads.
Fine for discounted spa day but I wouldn't pay full price.
Treatments were very good.
Lovely day with a close friend relaxing at the Spa. Facilities very good. It was a shame that the indoor Jacuzzi was not working and the steam room was only working for part of the day. However, we still had a really good time and left feeling thoroughly relaxed. Will return.
