Lovely spa, friendly staff, nice facilities. Unfortunately indoor jacuzzi not available and pool too cold and so three stars on that. Everything else was great though and if the pool temperature was better I'd go back.
Booking through treatwell was easy and wouldn't use again.
We went for a mother daughter spa day which exceeded our expectations. Our treatments were adapted to our personal needs and overall a very relaxing day. The thermospace was by far our favourite part.
I had arrived for a relaxing Spa Day, but instead it was very noisy in the pool, indoor Jacuzzi not working, and wet towels left around changing room. Left less than two hours after arriving. Very disappointed. It was a Saturday over half term, so maybe different on a weekday or day without weddings booked in.
Lots of towels and litter left around the changing rooms.
We had problems with the lockers and could not get into them after we set a code and had to get assistance.
Indoor hot tub was out of order.
Steam room did not seem to be working late in the afternoon.
Drinks cartons all around drinking fountain.
Couldnt identify whos robe was whos as it was so busy and they all got piled up on one another.
Lounging area aroubd po looked a bit scruffy, cushions look mishaped and old.
Not worth £25. I was expecting a much higher standard but found it very medioca.
