Lovely experience and would highly recommend it. The lunch was a bit disappointing considering it's a top class venue but everything else was special.

Lovely setting and cool outdoor space.
We had to wait quite a while for anyone to meet us at the reception, making us late for our treatments which meant we had a reduced treatment time.
The treatment area was very busy with bookings, I felt like everyone was on a conveyor belt but the treatment was nice, as was my therapist. Relaxation room nice too.
Not enough working lockers and changing area was limited for the high number of clients coming through.
Outside spa space was really cool, nice sauna/stream room.
Lunch was good. Simple buffet salads.
Nice spa day, a little overpriced for the number of people that were coming through and because we'd booked through here, we missed out on a free gift that others got with a similar deal offered direct with the spa.
Making the booking tool a few days because we struggled to catch anyone on the phone.
I think this place is just very busy. I think that it may be better if they limited bookings to a more manageable number for their facilities. Otherwise, very nice place and treatwell site easy to use.
