The welcome was good and efficient.It was my last day with my daughter before her adventures in Australia so i wanted it to be perfect.We had chosen Mottram Hall because we loved the outdoor jacuzzi but sadly it was out of order. Also we were unable to sit around the pool because of lack of beds and we couldn't swim because half the pool was being used for Qatar junior football team training and the other half was used for a baby swimming class.We paid to have our nails painted and my daughter's nail varnish hadn't even hardened by 8 o'clock in the evening - the beautician also re-marked on the thickness of the varnish as she applied it.
The spa and changing rooms were very clean. The facilities were fantastic and I felt so relaxed. The only thing I would say is a negative is after a certain time if you want a drink you have to go upstairs to the champagne bar and there can be weddings on so I did not want to walk through someone's wedding reception in a robe. It didn't seem right. Other than that everything was great.
