Staff were very friendly and The treatments we had were fab! The lunch was superb and very filling.
I have rated the spa facilities 4* as the jacuzzi outside was out of action and the one inside was lacking water! But the rest of the spa was great and the sunbeds outside were an added bonus! thankyou
Day didn't start well as I was contacted by spa staff to inform me that there had been a mistake with our treatment time even though I had sent an email confirming times and had received a positive response . The spa was very apologetic and arranged that we have shorter treatments and a voucher to have the spa day again at a later date. Although it was disappointing at the time we are now looking forward to another day together!
Spa is lovely. Facilities good. Only complaint would be the size of the female locker room. It's tiny!
Overall the treatment and the facilities where all great and my wife had a wonderful spa day. My only critique which is a serious one is the complex process of the booking itself. Because of the lack of interface directly with the spa I had to go through tretwell's main customer center. When I wanted to make adjustments to the package I was told by the main center to talk to the spa and by the spa to talk with the customer center. It was almost impossible to simply speak to one individual who was able to help and assist me in getting the package that I wanted. So after a half hour on the phone and internet I gave up and just took what I'd managed to get. I would recommend some sort of revision around the whole booking process and work out a way for someone like myself to book an a la carte spa day simply and easily. Thanks
Fantastic ladies day at the spa. Not too busy and the staff couldn't be more helpful. My massage was lovely and I had a thorough consultation before also.
