3 of us just had spa facilities. We came off a recommendation. The spa was nice but not as much as I expected. My mum had a treatment. She had to complain due to noise in the treatment room which made her treatment not relaxing at all. She got her money back however it did ruin our time together. Staff did not seem very helpful in the restaurant. Was a nice day however would not go again for the price we paid

The Spa itself (the child free bit) is outside and quite small so if it's bad weather, it wouldn't be nearly as good!! The indoor pool is spacious but there were a lot of noisy children there which obviously isn't very relaxing!
The facilities are nice but it was too overcrowded to fully enjoy the different parts.
Overall we enjoyed our day at Mottram hall spa however it would have been better if the indoor jacuzzi was working and we were able to book treatments. Staff member on reception desk was unhelpful and unaware what package we were on.
