Nice staff but under pressure and not well organised. very disappointing lunch
were very curtious. Lovely afternoon tea though the offer of more coffee would have been better. Also the indoor jaccuzi was out of action.

This was our first visit to a Spa, so we have nothing to compare it to. Our experience was fantastic. The treatments were just right, the staff friendly and professional, the ambience relaxing. The lunch was lovely, just right. We live fairly local and have promised ourselves that visits to this establishment will be a regular treat. I would like to book more treatments - we went on a package which only gave us 1.5 hours and sadly although we would have booked extra treatments, there was no availability. Also realised when we came out of the spa, that we didn't get our glass of champagne, which was a shame. All in all the visit was First class from start to finish.
Describe your visit to Mottram Club & Spa at Mottram Hall - Although the treatments were really good and the staff friendly we found that the pool area was cold, the outside saunas were not working and there was a slight disconnect with staff regarding what package you were on and what lunch you had ordered.
