Small critsiam about the organisational aspects. Could have done with more information about the process of being at the venue. Found it difficult to find our way to the spa from the car park. Moving out of the spa to the dining room was difficult too. Little thins I know but took away from the experience. Loved the treatments and Melanie was a fatal tic therapist. Top marks all round for her. Will probably return just for this.
