A lovely Spa day; facilities very good ( apart from coffee machine being broken!), lunch was very good, treatments good and facilities very relaxing. Good value spa day.

Not tooo full so we could use all the facilities
The water fountain was filthy. Saunas were wonderful. Loved the outside spa.Lunch was dreadful. Not what we thought we had booked and was very poor. I would have liked a lovely salad buffet.
Can't fault the experience. From start to finish, the staff the were friendly and professional, the whole place was clean and relaxing. Just about to book my next Escape Spa Day!
Excellent day at the spa, the location and hotel was perfect! The spa treatment was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall the experience was extremely relaxing and much needed, would definitely go again
