Loved. Treatments found it very noisy needed another towel otherwise very good
When I phoned to book our treatments after I had paid for the day 2 for £99, I was told by the receptionist that the only time available for treatments was 5 pm, which I was not happy about as the day was meant to be 10am to 5pm. She said that was all that was available and I could swap to a different day. However when we arrived we were seen by a lovely lady who managed to swap our treatments to 11.30 and we had a lovely day. However I would not book online again as the initial contact ruined it as we wanted to be away by about half four and not sitting waiting for treatments til the end of the day.

This was the best spa we have ever been to. Facilities, atmosphere, staff were second to none. It was so clean. Beautiful surroundings. We loved to so much we have booked more deals to come again as a group for day spas and night spas. We can't wait!!!!!!
