The changing rooms were clean and fresh with good facilities to get ready after the spa visit. The spa facilities are ok, very similar and didnt get chance to go in the outside bikini because a hen do took it over for most of my visit. Think it could do with an upgrade but it was nice to visit just for a few hours in a morning.
Lovely venue with great facilities. Quite noisy but if you moved around you could find quieter spots. Avoid the coffee - its watery nonsense and not worth the £££
Really nice visit with lovely facilities. The outdoor hot tub was particularly great on a crisp November afternoon
Great day at the Spa. Pool, jacuzzi and saunas very impressive. Lovely salad bar for lunch. Receptionist was a bit confused by a simple change in treatments but otherwise staff were friendly and efficient. Disappointing choice in nail colours. No neutral colours at all. On the whole a very good experience though.
The spa is absolutely lovely - such a range of things to use & plenty of room. The lunch was delicious, varied and fresh. The staff were courteous & the treatments were great. Only complaint would be that the laundry baskets in the changing rooms were overflowing with towels, and also we had to ask for our prosecco, it wasn’t brought automatically.
