Loved everything apart from the outside area.... It seemed a little dirty and the cushions outside are all wet and full of bits from trees etc.
One of the sun loungers outside was broken also...
But above that it was a great!
The spa was nice but not as nice as I had expected. There were broken loungers outside, broken tables, water dotted about but just not easy to find compared to other places I have been. There was no staff in the pool or relaxation areas and other people were extremely loud, if staff had been available they might have been able to encourage the people to be a little quieter so not very relaxing. Lunch was nice but think I will stick to The Midland in future!
Great facility. Lady on reception was lovely. But had to wait a longgggg time for a bottle of prosecco to firstly get served and then when the lady disappeared to get it. But overall good experience- will defo go back.
Perfect day with my Daughter. Best Spa we have visited in NW. Staff helpful, not too busy, great value through tratwell offer. Buffet style lunch delicious. My therapist very skilled - look forward to returning.
