The spa was very busy and the check-in process was quite slow. The changing rooms are clean but there is a lack of space to get changed.
The staff were very friendly and professional. There was a lack of therapists on the Sunday so I felt that the treatment was rushed. It was very good though.
The spa facilities were excellent but the indoor jacuzzi was quite cold. I do not know if it was intentional. However the outdoor jacuzzi was hot.
I felt very relaxed and pampered at the end of the day.
Friendly team of staff. Good facilities. It’s a shame that people put their towels on beds that they never sit on! Lovely outside when the sun comes out
Very disappointed when we got there we were told that 2 staff were ill so we wouldn’t get any treatments. We got a refund and a free day but the disappointment was nobody showed us around or tried to make our day pleasant. It was a birthday present for my daughter who was very excited as she never had a spa day. So we felt very let down.
