Extremely rude staff. I entered and no one acknowledged me. I stood there awkwardly for 5 minutes with no one asking if I could be helped or needed anything (they had seen me). Eventually I was asked if I had an appt, I said yes and then silence. They both went on working. Eventually, they decided to make an effort to assist me only to find they had "no record" of my booking. Conveniently, after clearly showing they didn't want me there. Rude staff. Will never use them again.

I just had a simple dry haircut. As someone with straight, long hair, I'm so glad there's a salon still offering this service! The stylist was very nice and did a great job. I have been very cautious about COVID, and this felt about as safe as a haircut could.
