Just had an underarm wax, after which my skin was left irritated and bleeding. Additionally, a lot of hair was left under my armpit. I’ve never bled from a wax before so this was surprising and disappointing. When I mentioned the hairs, the waxer just said I have “stubborn hair,” but my hair grows in different directions, and this was not taken into account. No pressure was applied after removing the wax either. I feel bad as the waxer was really nice, but this was not great service

Have been to MP4 and treated by Marta a few times now and the haircut and blow dry is always really well done and I leave feeling so nice! The atmosphere of the salon is lovely and you’re made to feel so relaxed!
