First time at MP4. It was a nice and relaxing environment where I could use this time as self-care. Kasia cut my hair - I was very pleased with the result. She showed care and attention when cutting my hair, and only used scissors! I've been to more expensive hairdressers where they'd only spent 20 minutes or so cutting the hair mostly with a razor. I'll be returning.

I think mp4 could be doing better. The room wasn’t calming with bright lights being on, no music I could also hear the hairdryers going upstairs. The facial was okay but she also didn’t tell me what she was doing and was using the same cloth througho
