Nice friendly clinician. Basement treatment room was pleasant. One of the overhead ceiling spotlight bulbs has busted so it needs replacing. Hot wax was efficient even though sub optimal overhead lighting. Had a few stragglers as always with this treatment. Good pricing for the area. Recommended.
