She simply did not listen. I did not want a twisty blow dry which gives curls. I specifically said blow dry straight with volume. I stopped her twice but she carried on. Not happy with the result. My hair looks completely flat. If you can't do the look then just say so from the onset. Don't agree with the customer and carry on doing what you prefer to do.
