15m late to see me and made out I was early (had to show the appt text to prove they were actually running late). Ok haircut overall (except for the long sections I discovered once I got home that she’d missed!) also didn’t appreciate the comments about my grey hairs (pointing them out and asking if I’d like them pulling out!?) or about my hair being dry and thin at the front. I imagine comments like this would make some women cry! Won’t be going back.

After reading the positive reviews for MP4, I was surprised to have an unsatisfying experience. The staff were pretty disinterested and failed to make conversation. My hairdresser even made a face when I described what kind of cut I wanted (a standard blunt bob). And as for my treatment, the bleach wasn’t left in for long enough and as a result my hair has gone yellow when it should be white (revealed only after the toner washed out). Overall am very disappointed and won’t be returning to MP4.

First time at this salon and I’m very pleased. Andi took great care of me. All sanitation measures were taken and I felt safe. She made sure to cut my hair the way I asked her to. I really love what she’s done. The blow dry is beautiful. Thank you.
