Lovely haircut by Sara, who made me feel relaxed and in safe hands. Didn't feel rushed, but was efficient. Took the time to understand my hair type and tweaked a few layers once she'd completed a lovely bouncy blow dry, and could see how much weight or more blend was neccesary.
Learned she's also a masseuse - which is nothing short of a bonus for a great headrub at the hair washing stage! 5* recommendation
