Paid extra for toner £35. Tone was uneven and looks like stripes in hair. Was passed off for rough dry and it was quite bad and she finished with half my head being wet telling me I was done so I had to ask for hairdryer myself to finish.

It was my first time having a bikini wax - the lady who did was reassuring and took her time. She kept checking in to see if I was okay and I was very happy with the result! It didn’t hurt anywhere near as much as what I was anticipating!
