The room for the massage was in poor condition, but that was not really the main issue. Your face is lying up at the point where light comes in from the window on the wall behind you. If you are getting a massage in the day time, the light will be shining in your closed eyes. The staff outside of the room is also very loud and it is disruptive to a relaxing environment. The massage therapist also didn't seem to know how to actually massage, not really knowing where the muscles were laid out. When she had me roll over onto my stomach, there was no adjustment for me to place my face in a position looking down and my head was twisted the whole time. This was honestly the worst massage I have ever had. Overall a spa is a place that you go to relax and the small details should be thought of, even in places that are not necessarily high-end and this place has not thought of anything from their customer's point of view.
Therapeutic Massage
if you haven't had your ears hopi-candled before then this is the place to get it done. Very experienced therapist, very deftly done and safely. All my sinuses feel so much better and no more garbage in my ears. Everyone should try this!
