Raman is friendly and and welcoming. She did a really great job, i am very happy with the results I will try to visit her regularly. The only thing missing was the relaxing music, the radio and the background noise from the hair salon was distracting at the beginning but I still managed to relax but would be a good idea to put on some relaxing music
