No change to lashes

I’ve had lash lifts regularly before but I needed to go somewhere new. I was really disappointed in this treatment even though the lady was really lovely and welcoming but unfortunately there’s barely any difference to the appearance of my lashes and I’ve only just got them done. Not even just not as lifted but it literally doesn’t even look like I’ve got mascara on or anything they’re just flat. It’s a shame as this was actually more expensive than I normally pay too. I would love to give a good review but the results just aren’t what I was hoping for and honestly I’m just really disappointed I paid the money I did. I booked for a million dollar facial but it felt really cheap not great at all, no ambience, no music, light straight in your face definitely nota relaxing exercise.
