Been going there for long time
Not happy recently
Staff talk in there to each other
Which makes me uncomfortable 😳

It was my first time to the shop and I was welcomed warmly and looked after well.
I was talked through the process and my nails look great. I also appreciated that all the staff wore masks (as did I) so felt that appropriate covid-safe measures were in place.
I will definitely go back!
