Great clean venue with courteous professional therapists. Chose Irina & deep tissue 1hr this time rather than my usual Swedish. More intense muscle pressure really worked out knots. Key is to be communicative when it gets too painful - and Irina responds very quickly by using less pressure in that area. I always ask for a focus on neck and shoulders and she adapts to dedicate more time to those areas while still covering everywhere else! Walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and limber.
