Clean, tidy, welcoming venue. Reception staff very knowledgeable, helpful and direct. Madalina the therapist was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Very good massage. I slept really well that night. The only thing I would do next time is request that the room be warmer on arrival and there be a larger towel or blanket to lie under.
