I was a repeat client who previously referred friends here but will now no longer return as the quality of service has declined. My therapist showed up late (front desk not sure where she was), complained about UK politics & inflation during the session's first half, propped the oil bottle on me, & repeated painful moves after being asked not to. The massage ended with a knock on the door. She abruptly stopped mid-flow & told me to get dressed. Unprofessional & I felt uncomfortable throughout.

Being my first time having electoacupunture,it was definitely an interesting experience! I felt less pain and stiffness after the treatment! the massage however wasn't so great as no medium/firm pressure applied to make it a deep tissue one.

I LOVE getting massages at this clinic. Every therapist is excellent and knowledgeable about the body and various techniques. I'm never disappointed 😀
